Event Coordinating

Our goal is to help you in any way you need to make your event planning a more enjoyable process, supporting you as much or as little as possible, with various packages to fit your needs. Our team will be there to avoid any issues that may arise. We strive to make your dreams and vision a reality!

Consulting-only: $60/hr.

Day-of Coordination only: $600-$800

Week-of Consulting (and day-of): $800-$1200

Month-of Consulting (and day-of): $1200-$1600

Partial Event Consulting (and day-of): $1500-$2200

Complete Event Consulting
(Engagement to Wedding Day): $2200- $4000


We are also available to merely "consult"- meaning, if you just need some help getting pointed in the right direction, have questions, a dilemma, need suggestions, etc. we will meet and discuss those needs. You only pay per appointment; we only meet when you need. Our fee for consulting is only $40/hr. and payment is due when the appointment is over (average appointment time is 1.5 to 2 hrs) This service does not include going to vendor meetings or day-of coordination, etc.
